    The Sl500 will work just fine for me. After all, who the hell is going to be doing 180 in America? Does Toledo have an Autobahn? I don't think so. 0-60 in 4 seconds? You might do that 5 times in your life.

    And if it takes more than a Mercedes C Class to get you laid you have more problems than your just a low torque ratio.

    Save your cash buy the basic model with a kit then buy another house.

        I go over 150MPH at least once per week dude....the roads around the Las Vegas area are amazing!!! Worth every penny IMO. SL500 is nice but way tooo slow.

            The SL65 will most likely be priced at $175k-$200k. My dealer told me a late fall delivery for mine.

            I've got a SL600 and can't wait for a faster, lighter version (i.e the SL65). I drive 120-145MPH every day on the interstate (works better than coffee in the morning), and 0-60 sprints all the time in town. I don't buy the car to get laid, I buy it to DRIVE it.

            If someone needs a car to get them laid, then that's their problem.
