You are partially correct. It is illegal to ship them via the USPS, yet you can find ways to ship them via FedEx, UPS, DHL, ect. as long as you lable the package properly. Although I would reason to bet that most who do sell and ship em play it very loose like they do with every other law that could get them into trouble. What's the worry anyway, its just porn.
