I just need something simple that can make some nice looking text logos and can match exactly my HTML pages background color, the one I have doesn't match 100%.

You can make fully Customized professional logos in minutes. And you can use standard hex code to match your page backgrounds. Seriously the easiest program I've ever used for this kind of shit.
If you want I'll sell you my copy with all of the template packs piss cheap. I haven't used it in like 6 months.
