                                          Yes, I think this is accurate that CCBill only deal with US and EU banking regions.

                                          You may want to consider a scenario within the EU banking region and having an "offshore" corp in... eg Gibraltar or possibly Cyprus. In that situation it would enable the use of other EU processors as well.

                                              Depending upon your history with chargebacks and volume, it's possible that I can help you. I have offshore accounts underwritten by one of the largest Asian banks. However, they are very strict on due diligence prior to issuing the MIDs and TIDs, and if you have any previous history of mismanagement or troublesome issues with either third party or merchant accounts, the account wont be underwritten.

                                              Do you have three months of statements you can provide, along with full documentation for the company and at least one of its principals? If so, ICQ me at 101 69 6 1 9 and I'll be happy to go over the specifics with you.

                                              Since this is underwritten through Visa Asian region, the chargeback allowances are double the US ones. Mastercards rules are applicable no matter what region you settle through, however.
