Finally saw AVP. Several of you GFYers praised it when it was in the theatres but I futzed around and waited til it came out on DVD.

Shoulda listened and gone and seen it on the big screen!

It's not that bad at all.

Sure it's got a few, a few, plot points ( Like how does the heroine run around in the freezing antarctic without any gear and not freeze to death ) but the action and the real stars, the Alien and the Predators steal the show.

All in all a good old fashioned Saturday afternoon monster movie.

The DVD doesn't have special behind the scenes features though.
