Dating Sites that pay $2+ per Free Member...

Dating sites who pay $2 per free member OR $20 or so per paid member.

Are you really naive enough to believe they will still pay you $2 per free member if 1 out of 50 of your free members upgrades to a paying membership?

Just a general question, not directed at any program(s) in particular.

Also related, do you prefer a per free member, per paying member or a recurring % program when promoting dating sites?

Naive enough to have been cashing weekly checks on $2 pay per lead dating sites for over two years. I prefer a dating program with flexibility where I can choose a ppl, pps or % to promote. If its a ppl, then I like it when the program shows how many signups I've generated and I have the ability to switch over to a pps from a ppl in order to maximize my $/unique if my signup ratio is high.

I tend to agree with this. The math doesn't make sense.

Still, dating sites have done well for me. I always use partner program. The $1-$5 free member option has never been the cash crop for me.
