                  granola cereal is an excelent source of fiberous materials. I once ate a couple bowls full and the next day had a BLOCKED bowel. The doctors told me it's something that you can't eat a lot of.

                  it was the msot painful experience of my life. The blockage was the size of a fist right where the large intestine meets the small intestine. it took 3 enemas to clear it out.

                  moral of the story is, take it easy on that stuff!
