how about something like this... either based around, or a feature-service where people can quickly and easily create a "stfu" page from which they can choose to send a link to a person deserving of a "stfu".

for example:

newbie_lamer> What is PHP? Is it a drug?
you> gtfo!
newbie_lamer> Fuck you!
you> http://stfu.com/?newbie_lamer

which leads them to a page that presents them with a unique display and several variables which you control. for example a primary image that you specify (one of those STFU pics) along with a title, and message.

this idea either really sucks, or could be funny - i don't know, just came up wit it!
