    Annoucement : Counter Serve

    Hey everyone...

    I finally have this thing really to go!

    http://www.counterserve.com

    Its called Counter Serve...Its a free service that allows you to have a invisible counter on your sites...It can also display digits but never any advertising...

    There is also a special tag for using on board signatures! Track how many views your sig gets and where...

    The way the money is made on this product seeing it is free...Advertising on the stats pages...We all know how valuable webmaster advertising is so why not create a product that the mass webmasters will signup and use in exchange for the advertising?

    Some of you remember PornGraph...This was brought up in my beta thread the other day...Well...I am assuming their coding involved them serving the JS file from their servers. My code does not...So there is no possible way for me to change the coding once you add it to your site...It simply will put a javascript error on your page not anything else.

    I made a demo account @ http://www.counterserve.com user: demo pass: demo

    Counter Serve is hosted in Webair's fabulous datacenter in NY...Webair is known for their uptime and support that is why we chose to host our product with them. As if we are down then thats not good...heh

    Any questions can be posted on here or thru my icq...

          hey man good luck with the counter.. I may give it a try at some point.. does it offer referrers tracking? IE will it show search engine strings and so on?

                                  porngraph was good but when compared to the realiztic number of hits tracked it was usually off by 30%. do you have a non-JS solution as well?

                                      It has a img tag following it for non script users

                                          Ive put it up on a few of my sites. Its awesome and very easy. Tracks everything and its pretty clear and straight forward.

                                          Nice Jon! Thanks for allowing me to beta it for you. Its a very useful tool!

                                          SIG TOO BIG! Maximum 120x60 button and no more than 3 text lines of DEFAULT SIZE and COLOR. Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, then you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60.
