    What spyware removal progs do u use

    I use adware and spybot but that i guess is not enough. there is still some spyware on my comp that doesnt wanna uninstall itself.
    there is so spyremover and SpyBouncer X-Cleaner Free. which do u recommend

                          I use Ad Aware, but I hear Spybot Search and Destroy is better.
