gigging is illegal. Actually you ride around in a boat with a spotlight looking for them and getting fucking hammered. When you see one you run up on it while keeping the light on it so it won't run and someone grabs it. We caught about 25 of them last time we went and had a nice fish & frog fry. Good stuff.
