    What the fuck would you do if you were me?

    So we have a maid that comes in once a week.
    Her name is Katalina and she is in her early 20's.
    Her mom used to work for us, but Katy has been taking over a few clients for her.

    I left for the day and when I came back, the work was barely done. When I asked Mike WTF, he said he sent her home cause she told him she would clean the house naked for an extra 100$, and maybe more for more money. She told him that many of the other customers have her clean this way.

    Nice how she waits for me to be away before generously offering her services. She is not cute at all and has bad teeth and skin.

    Mike wants to fire her, but I feel bad for her. It would have been different if she asked me or when I was here. Hell, I would have given her 100$ to keep her clothes on.

    Should I let her go?

                                                                  If she's just a poor illegal worker and what Mike said is true, then maybe the $100 offer was a geniune effort for her to make more money.

                                                                  If the girl does a good enough job at cleaning for the price you pay her, then I say keep her. She could just be trying to earn a living...

                                                                                          He found it OK for him to make the decision to send her home after she supposedly propositioned him...BUT...He can not seem to make the decision on his own to fire her?

I am not saying Mike lied (maybe he did maybe he didn't) but it can also be some miscommunication. Her english is pretty bad? u2 are doing porn on the internet with her around...
