What I'd do is hire a private investigator to get hidden videotape of her doing these things and then sue her or have her arrested. A psycho like this does NOT need to be free to do as she pleases. I mean, even if someone buys her house and get her out of your hair, she'll just move near someone else and become their problem. People like that are a danger to society.

We are losing a horse too.
Something is wrong with his nerves and it hurts for him to walk. He's not ridable anymore and we just let him roam the pasture. He's pretty much just waiting to die

I been a horse person in NY for years now. I have constant problems with the new city people who move up here. We can no longer just go out riding because no one has respect for our safety or the animals safety.
They drive real fast past us on the back roads honking and yelling, or in the woods we have to deal with fuckhead kids on atv's trying to run us over. Even on trails that have been designated for horses and walkers only.

She committed fraud and went to jail last year. IT was all over town. She lost her broker biz, her 150k a year salary , her younger hubby who use to peak at me thru the trees left her. She filed bankruptcy, was in jail 3 months with 3 months home . She is a felon for life cause of cc fraud,fraud due to house loan and Is currently on probation. Half the town don't want to do biz with her.
She forclosed on house over 2 years but is able to stay in it cause she threatened to sue if they kicked her out cause they susposedly did it when she was in jail . Her place is worth almost 700k but she fucked up.
She has a loser son who she has to do a few loans a month to buy feed for herself and her horses while she waits for the house to sell. She went from 150 plus a year to practically nothing.
She has nothing better to do cause she sitting around the house killing time and she is pulling shit so nobody wants to buy the house. FREE ROOM AND BOARD for 12 plus horses....
She likes to use people and expects everyone to say how high when she says jump.
I got 15 years in age on her ,a nice husband who loves to work around the house,2000 sq foot addition, 2 beautiful smart teens and I am starting my horse biz. Things are looking up in my life so why not harass and try to hurt someone or something ?
She's the type of person that when her dog came on my property and killed five chickens,she blames the chickens...

Same here about the city folks. ! Folks move up from L.A. and the Bay area.
I called the sheriff on her the first time she started and they said she can put the food by the fence cause it is her property.

Sorry about your loss. If you cannot get the local cops to intervene...you can personally talk with the DA and see if he can or will intervene...if he will not...you can petition the Grand Jury and see if they will intervene.
I have never really had a "neighbor from hell" but a good friend of mine did. He tried the law enforcement route but never got satisfaction from them so the harrassment continued. He finally approached his neighbor and told him that he would never again go the law enforcement route...displayed a pistol and told the neighbor that if he did not cease and desist...for his next act he would most certainly kill him. There are ways, but they are EXORBITANTLY expensive. Horses can't stay laying down for long periods, they are flight animals and their size and weight would crush theirs lungs if they were down long enough to heal a broken leg. They need special cranes and stalls with sling harnesses, they need a therapudic swimming pool so their muscles don't atrophy from suspension, etc. The cost is VERY prohibitive for the average horse owner. The animals I worked with were worth $250,000 or more, and even when they broke a leg, it wasn't always worth the cost of treatment/therapy. It's s very long, very expensive road with a lot of suffering on the part of the animal.Originally posted by KRL

I am very tempted to contact the parole board since she did some time last year.
IF I found out she does not own the house and it is in repo like she told me last year, she will be in trouble.
