Nice. I bought the first STS when it came out. It was fast and Caddy smooth. They make solid cars. Not quite as tight feeling as euro's though like Benz's and Beamers.
My grandparents bought the 2003 STS and the thing handles like a boat. Yeah it's got a big engine, but it's also twice as heavy as a normal car. Breaking sucks too, almost like you're trying to stop a sherman tank.
At high speed on the freeway the thing doesn't have a very stable feel to it, not any better than my Civic at least.
Quick history lesson, the original woodies were made during WWII when steel was at a premium to go towards the war effort. So wood was used in its place, the wood paneling that followed was to sell the Boomers parents into thinking about the old days.
It's nice, but i'm into the Nissan 350Z.
It was between the Lexus SC and the 350Z
but, I gotta stay loyal to my brand...
I have a restored 240Z and the 350Z is on it's way home!!
