Well I'm leaving :-/ I'm at least meeting him there rather than him picking me up. That way he doesn't know where I live... and I have a back up plan on bailing early. My girlfriend knows to call me exactly 5 minutes later if I call her and hang up. Then I'll do the big "Oh my God I'm on my way" routine
I'll come back with a full report.
What's making me the most nervous is I've never had sushi. So that will be a first for me. He knows I don't really do seafood but begged me to try. So either this is his spontaneous encouraging nature or he's a controlling asshole. We will see.
