advertising to get models?

Hello there, I am curious to know how you guys, and gals, advertise in the newspapers to get female models for your shoots? What do you hahahahaha in your newspaper advertisements and what section of the Classifieds is the best to advertise in?

Why don't you try an agency first if this is your first model? What exactly are you trying to find models for?

Agencies are not available in a lot of places and where they are available...I still do not use them.

Look for where the "Escort Service" ads are, and put a casting call ad there. They're not overly complicated...state the age, that you're looking for young talent for modeling contracts available...more information available at blah blah blah...call blah blah blah..then once you got them on the phone reel them in.

For everyone elses question(s). I am 19 and live in Canada, so I'm legal to do anything that is legal. I have been a web designer for the past 8 years and would like to enter the adult business. I have done web sites for models (non-nude) and bodybuilders, but these people are in the United States. I wish to produce everything, I have a Sony 717 and a Sony TRV900, and am looking for very attractive/cute 18-22 year old females to create an official amateur web site for each model.

First off....If you are thinking of paysites at this point then you are in WAY over your head already.

With that said.....What part of Canada? Perhaps I can put you in touch with some people to better answer your questions.

Did you make a typo on your age?

Anyways you might want to try the modelsboards. Don't really know much about getting models in Canada. Over here you have eroticfairs where a lot of girls walk around that are interested in being a model, and a big amount of boards a lot of girls are on. And I am a model myself to so I meet a lot of girls who want to work.

You might want to take it slow on the paysites though since you never did anything in the bizz. It can take a long time before you understand the market. God knows I am trying...

Why would I be over my head with paysites? Just use CCBILL as everyone else does

ha, it has way more to do with other things, processing is the easy part dude...

start are free site, don't do a paysite....it took me almost 2 years to finally get a clue as to what the fuck I was doing with my paysite.....start small

If possible, get a listing on the Western U job board both online and on campus. You will get a lot more inquiries through that listing than any ad in the local papers as far as my experiences and since you are looking for 19-22 age group. Do not make the ad sound sleazy like saying porno, yet explain what you are doing stariaght up like adult nude modelling and use a company name (or make one up that sounds professional). If it sounds creepy or sleazy at all, they will smell that right away and not respond.

It's summer now, but there is still summer school. So I will check it out. Did/do you go to UWO as well?

Stick to your non-adult area(s) which you currently have alittle experience in, just learn how to market what it is you do properly.
This adult industry is full, no opening positions for a guy on your level...sorry to say.
If you do happen to squeeze your way in, you will just be setting yourself up for a horrible failure.

No went to McMaster in Hamilton, but visited a few times. I am just going by my experience at advertising through the university job board vs. the newspapers when looking for teen models.
