The number of thumbs is ok .. but I would break it down into smaller groups. 3 groups of 31 rather than 2 groups of 49..

Makes it easier for the surfer to see what's going on.

way too many thumbs, i wouild break it up a bit like they said earlier, and maybe add some text links inbetween thumb groups
