I was wondering if anybody can recommend me a place where I can get a legit on-shore adult merchant account. I have one right now and my chargeback ratio is almost non-existent ( something like 0.1 of a percent. I'm a legit business with good credit history and references.

If you're doing a high volume of processing, you might be able to find domestic account, but its not likely. Even though its a dating site not actually adult, this is still considered high risk and most providers won't take something like that into their portfolio. Some providers may sneak you through underwriting by saying you actually do some other sort of business - this works fine, but if you get caught your account will be shut down, you'll be blacklisted, and you won't get another merchant account for a solid 5-6 years.Originally posted by baycouples
