Who is Spacash - Part 2

Actually the tale is not so beautiful.

Martin has built all his business in the spanish market based on products like:

http://www.mildescargas.com/

A very clever business model where the end user connects through a dialer to pay between 10 and 20 euros to donwnload free software like ICQ, or kazaa....

OK so that is pretty cool and it gets better, he even gave his webmasters the possibility to hide/blind the connection terms & conditions (such as price, company name, support email, ect....). This beautiful business model made him a ton of cash, fuck the end user right?

Thanks to Martin, the boy wonder, the Spanish government decided to cut the use of premium rate numbers for dialer billing permanently in Spain, so this billing solution is now dead for everyone. I am not sure if any of you made money by selling per minute access in Spain to your content or member's area, but I bet there are some of you here that did. It was a legitmate business model that no longer exists thanks to Martin's clever business practices and to people like him.

Now he's trying the same thing in France & UK, but fortunately these markets are much more regulated than Spain. Hopefully, he will not be able to burn out these markets as well. Btw - Martin how is ICTIS doing amigo? Get your payment unblocked?

So our little story continues, and now Martin, the boy wonder, has decided to launch Spacash, obviously in an more legitimate way than his previous endeavours. Perhaps he has learned his lesson and we can chalk up everything in the past to youthful innocence, but I highly doubt it. You see Sr. Martin does not know how to sell a product, without cheating the end user. I guess time will prove me right or wrong.

Spacash looks good, and will look better once they have the sites translated correctly.

A final few points about Martin... just so you know... if Martin was living in Spain or France I have no doubt he would already be in Jail.

I know this is my first post, and that you do not know me, my English is not great but after reading this thread I felt obligated to write this post. Afterall, we all are just trying to make a living here so you better know who is sending you your paychecks at the end of the day ;)

So, Good luck Martin... We will not forget you.
