I've had the game for about 3 or 4 weeks now. It definitely blows BF 1942 away. They updated the game engine - runs like butta! Be prepared to get addicted!

wrong, it runs worse than BF1942, coz they pushed the grafic, there are 100s of plants and stuff now, that reduces speed...

talking about performance requirements of the game...and they are higher than in the base game...what's so hard to understand with that?

Runs 150% better than BF1942 on my machine. Faster load times, better frame rate, etc. on my P4 2.66ghz with an old GeForce 3 TI4600

If you play multiplayer on any of the BattleField games then you need to get http://www.xfire.com
Xfire is like an ICQ for gaming. You can see when your friends are online and what game they are playing and even what server they are on. If you see your friend in a game you just click the JOIN button and you go right into that game without having to load the game like normal. VERY cool if you like hopping into a game with your friends. I have about 10 webmasters on my list right now. If you get it you can add me, my username is "zebrax"
