I'm done smoking. Any tips for the upcoming withdrawl?

I'm calling it quits. I can feel this shit killing me, and I don't like it.
I figure if I can go 1 day without smoking, then I can remain smoke-free. Guaranteed.

It's been an hour or so since I last smoked, and I'm done with it.
Any tips for the withdrawl tomorrow?

avoid people that irritate you and drink 1 crown/coke every 1-2 hours

You and WegCory should have a nice talk. Seems that you two have set the same goal.

you need to clear your mind of any quick solutions, shortcuts, or tips.

the best advice is just to be fucking strong and be done with it.

the fact that this is your life and it is killing you outta be enough. think of your children (or future children) or grandchildren, as they stand silently hopelessly at the side of your deathbed, a situation brought on by lung cancer. fuck, that, shit. put yourself in that situation because it is very realistic and could easily happen to you.

your best bet is to sleep as much as possible tomorrow, and when you get a craving drink a big glass of water... try not to eat too much

                    You're right man.
I can already feel it doing severe damage to me. I've been getting bronchitis like every 6 months.
