You obviously never read the bible. All men are condemned from birth because of Adam's sin. Salvation is only through Jesus Christ. Christ died for all men. The only ones who are condemned to HELL are the ones who have heard the gospel and rejected it. Babies obviously haven't heard the gospel. Children are too young to understand it. Many people in this world live to adulthood and die without ever hearing the name of Jesus. The blood of Christs extends to them as well.
