Bad = You have to press CTRL sometimes when surfing to see popups that you want to see (IE you want to join a site and they popup a hahahahahaha to put your info into)
Good = blocks those annoying popups, shows google PR, easy google searchingComment

I don't use IE much anymore but when I do, I use the iwon.com toolbar which is sort of a bastardized version of the google toolbar and I have no complaints about it.
Imagine that...a toolbar I have a CHOICE in installing and can unistall if I want to....Comment

i use yahoo toolbarSIG TOO BIG! Maximum 120x60 button and no more than 3 text lines of DEFAULT SIZE and COLOR. Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, then you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60.Comment
