This is getting ridiculous

I wanna know what the hell is wrong with people around here? Everytime I open up a seemingly intelligent thread to attempt to reply, it never fails that the thread turns into an all out bloodbath where one, or several people are involoved bashing one another. The threads rarely EVER stay on topic anymore, because people are too busy verbally bashing one another about their opinion, or sexual prefferance, or use of vocabulary, or even spelling for that matter. What happened to the theory of having a public forum where people are entitled to voice their own opinion, and are NOT publicly humiliated for it? GEEZ!

Thats my rant for the day

sara does have a point - yet I do think that Lens is cleaning up the joint a bit - been alot more quieter without certain people posting shit that only want to get attention.

unfortunately not everyone in the board is in the industry - so you will get some outside influence that would ruin it. Normally happens late at night and during the time after school is let out.

Most boards are actually moderated by people who have a clue. I mean this board happily allows a pedo to post. I don't think verbal bashing is even an issue. And yet the only people that get banned seem to get banned for trivial reason compared to something like supporting CP. But that's GFY, it's all about the buck. And most the drama is fake any ways. I wouldn't take it seriously.

A *paid* moderator that has EVERYONES icq number to let them know when they need to tone it back... and one thats not afraid to tell someone like it while toning them back. Someone NOT working at adult.com having other duties. And it'd have to be someone online at alllll different times, both day and night at various times. Women work best at this... none of that good ol boy sh*t goes on usually.

It wouldn't need to be done that often after the first few got bounced. I think a warning would deal with them then. And to cry in a thread about being told to cool down is automatic banishment.

Physical threats? Out the door.

Using racial slurs (as per FEDERAL laws - shown the hahahahahaha from the 5th floor)

Surfers? mess up once and you get warned, the fool me twice syndrome happens and away with ya. (it's easy to find out who the surfers are)
