My question is, I have to go with an offshore or third party biller, so do you guys know anything about these companies?
1) Small Merchant Services (SMS): Third party biller, $50 set up fee, 6.90% +$1, 10% 6 mo. rolling reserve, paid out weekly (after first week) by check. No other fees, no minimums. http://www.smallms.com
2) SCS: Offshore banking with my own merchant account, no set-up fee (waived), 8.95% + 0.85, $99 monthly, 10% 6 mo. rolling reserve, $35 wire transfer fee, paid out weekly (after first two weeks). http://www.scsoffshore.com/
CardService Int'l previously had offered to hook me up with an offshore merchant account; the fees they wanted were almost as high as what SCS quoted me, but they wanted a ridiculous $2,500 set-up fee in addition, which was a deal-breaker as far as I was concerned. Now I'm thinking these two other companies (SMS and SCS) might be "too good" to be true.
Any help is appreciated, and the sooner the better, as I need to make a decision quickly.
