Yeh good idea I guess, but honestly its going to take a pretty good rep and a pretty good history to get people to really trust you in handling their money....

Then comes the factor of fraud, this is a scammers wet dream....

I've been doing this for months.
So far about 20 webmasters use me to move money around.
Another "withdrawal" option of ten used is they have
me use my CC to pay their hosting bill or whatever.

First of you would need a bit more then a few 1,000 to start this project and this is something that has to be marketed right and have great support and service.

sounds good in theory but i dunno if id want to use such a service
too may fees
you'd have fees from PP fees from handler fees from MB
start off with $10 and end up with $0.20

How about a factoring program for adult webmasters? Works like this: You make 10k in sales for April but instead of waiting to get paid out in May/June, this company would buy your sales and pay you out immediately minus their cut. Then collect from the program owners.

Just like factoring companies buy receivables.

You need to factor in fraud. If someone sends you money from a stolen paypal account, paypal will take back the money once they find out and then you are screwed...
