    I got this in the mail-- WTF

    Being a content provider I get things in the mail from toy companies to feature in my productions.

    Last week I get a box, no return address that I recognize. I open it up and inside is this....

    Note I took the picture with my biz card so you can get an idea of the actual size.

    Any sugguestions on what it is? Or better yet give me your ideas for a production to feature it...

                                                      That is some kind of gear for something. The square hole in the center looks like it fits on some kind of crank. The teeth positioned they way they are looks like it's designed to not let the crank shaft go in more than one direction.
