    I am depressed. I lost a horse tonight

    I lost my future stallion. He was only 10 months old and I had him since he was 3 months. I bought him at 1 month.

    He broke his fucking leg.

    My fucking neighbor been harassing me doing shit to my horses since I had my first one and she really picked up on it since I bought the other ones last fall.

    She was purposely flooding my pasture 24 hours constantly with stolen water for the county irrigation. I have told 4 0r peoples that the flooded would make a horse slip and break a leg.

                                      I wonder if there isn't some way you could get her in trouble for the stolen water - water issues are taken pretty seriously in some parts of the country. You might want to look into that.

                                      If you live in or near a small enough town, chances are that at the very least this story could get the local cop(s) and/or the city/county/whatever to fuck with her a bit. They do it out here all the time for shit where a law wasn't actually broken but the person has gone out of their way to be an asshole.

                                                          I personally told the water district yesterday what I suspected and he called. Her box was inactive and said the water was not from that. When he went to her box, he noticed that she made a damn and said that the water could link thru and she could get it that way.

                                                          I told the guy there is no way the water was from a well cause it was going 24 k.

                                                          He took down the damn and said to call if she put it up again. I check my pasture two hours after he took down the damn and the water had stopped running from her place to mine.

                                                          She put the damn back up this morning.


                                                          I will be lucky if the rendering service will be able to get him cause of the ground.

                                                                      Could you get someone with a tractor to build the area up and divert the water? Maybe just dumping some dirt along the property line would help.

                                                                                              Around here, you could just mention it to the mayor and the city would start sending her notices about this violation and that violation, the cop would fuck with her, and eventually they'd hound her out.
