He said 20% to join page does not necessarily mean 20% to 2nd page too. You could have a 100 links going to join page from 1st page but only 1 link going to 2nd page from 1st page would make a big diff in CTR. I know some major sponsors that do 1% 1st to 2nd page but 20% 1st to join
