If you're serious about submitting on a regular schedule, your best bet would be find a host that will give you a low-end dedicated server package (1-3 mbps) and is willing to upgrade your plan when you start pushing your limits. Most hosts should be able to help you with this. We're talking anywhere from $100-300. If that is a little too much for you, get a semi-dedicated package. Those usually go for $50-200. A virtual account you'll blow out pretty quick and isn't near as cost efficient.

There's no way for anyone to tell you how much bandwidth you'll blow. There are far too many variables. Pictures, movies, listings, partner accounts, paid listings, etc.

Start with a package that you can afford, submit regularly, and you'll be golden.
