Where is my money EPASSPORTE???

    Where is my money EPASSPORTE???

    I was opening personal epassporte account, during this step they ask me to add some $$$ to my account, so I do that, no problems.

    Then (after I verified my CC) what they call "final step" they ask me to add some $$$ to my account AGAIN, I don't understand why but I do as they say because its the only way to finnish this signup.

    When finished I login to my epassporte account and find only $founds that I added in the final step (second time) the money that I added first time are not there!

    WTF is this???
    I want to know if anyone else experienced this? And can someone explain what is going on?

    That didn´t happen to me but I ran into a different problem with epassporte. They suck IMO. If they were to settle my problem soon I might change my mind.

      have you tried calling them and going thru the proper steps to figure out what is going on?
      Calling out a company such as them is not a smart move

            At first the CS was shit but the past few months ... i would say they have changed ALOT. I have only had one problem and CS took care of it within 24 hours

              when they have 1/10000th of the users paypal has I would consider them, till then they are just a pain in the ass. Shitty CS to boot
              SIG TOO BIG! Maximum 120x60 button and no more than 3 text lines of DEFAULT SIZE and COLOR. Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60. Let me repeat... A 120 x 60 button and no more that 3 lines of DEFAULT SIZE AND COLOR text.

                i can tell you exactly how the phone call will go..

                "hi this is epassporte how may i help you?"

                you will state the problem , they will ask you a bunch of questions about your account, ask a bunch more useless questions, then they will tell you , its another department and they cant talk to them or forward you to them , infact they are very sorry but theres nothing they can do , email risk managment and they will get back to you.

                maybe not every time , but..

                    SHIT MAN .... You are right ..... I talk with one of those support girls for 30 minuts ago... . nothing hepand..... I had same problem like Mrgica and they said to me " We can´t see here that you put your money at first time .....
