Hey...a while back, wasn't there a guy who set up a camera in his Ferrari and went speeding down the freeway at 200mph, recording the speedo view and the view out the front windshield and then sold copies of the video on Ebay?

I agree. I dont think I will ever drive it that fast. I have gone 120 and that is plenty fast enough for me.
But I love the zero to sixty part. I do that all the time to the shagrin of Mustang, Camerao, and covertte owners all over town..Comment

This is the original thread. Yea it was a surburban street but it was in crack town. If I hit a crack dealer so what "=_=
EVOs are very fast. I will beat one that is stock with the stage2 on my srt. But if the EVO is not stock I will be in trouble.
EVO is a great car. I like it alot. I love that Subaru WRX too. The Mustang Cobra is hot also.
But all those cars cost about 10 grand more than my SRT4. I was able to pay cash for this baby and I like that. Why pay more when I dont have to..
I was looking at vetts and porsche but this car just won me over. Drive one and you will be surprised. And it is AMERICAN...Comment

Stage II from Mopar will push the car to 169 mph.
I agree about the fwd. I don't like it much either. But, this care is the best performing fWD car I have ever driven. And once you get used to it it is sort of fun..
I do miss lighting up the rear wheels like I used to do in my 5.0 stang and letting rear end just wiggle back and forth. I cannot do that with this FWD car.
And about the vette. I never raced one but it is suppose to be a very fast car. But it is also about 70 thousand dollars. If I dumpeg another 50 grand into my SRT I would be running the quater mile with F-16s :-)Comment

I raced a viper on the highway about 2 weeks ago. We got going from a roll at about 60 mph..
I will never do that again with a viper. I had my ass handed to me big time. Those cars are just flat out fast.
Vettes and stangs don't scare me one tiny bit :-)Comment
