One example I just came across when doing a keyword lookup for teen was "teen kelly". She's certainly not on most adult sites but she came up in my search and some SEO's will use her name to send traffic to a completely irrelevant teen site (other than her official site). This seems to be what is happening. The best way to deal with this is to do exactly what you did, contact the sponsor. They'll contact the webmaster and tell them to stop.
On most of my SEO pages, I have setup a form now to send complaints directly to me so I don't need to involve the sponsors but what you did Ivy is exactly the correct route. Best wishes on stopping this form of SE spam on your name.

It seems you don't have a real registered trademark,just put a TM behind your name somewhere
The link is still working for me,I also doubt they will remove the account just because he's using your name.
It would have been better to contact the owners who aren't using your program but your name got somehow into their doorway page generator to use your affil program for that page because that would get them more money through target traffic,bitching around won't get you far

My qeustion is this...
How/where/when did you file and recieve a trademark on your name? I called a couple of weeks ago to the USPTO and they said trademarks are not issued on a personal name unless the name is a business entity and part of a corporate logo.
We are currently trying to resolve a similar issue (mainstream business) where the offending party is not only using our company/product/brand name, but also copying our sales practice. SO we have spent considerable time and money trying to get some kind of protection.
I would seriously like to know how you did it and where I can find the info.

I think that IF Ivy has the correct papers to prove that the name is hers, and I am no saying that you dont, that the sponsor should at least send her 50% of the money that they dont pay that guy.
After all it is her name. I can understand keeping 50% incase they get legal fees down the road in reference to this.
