                  Dude...I had the same shit and removed it no problem.There is too much valuable shit on my hard drive to reformat every time I get spyware problems...They can be removed...
                  Run your spyware removal programs in safe mode
                  Don't go for those free programs...not effective enough
                  Do a search and buy one of the top rated removal programs for piece of mind
                  Use Firefox
