Got in a car wreck today.. It sucks

Chicks can't drive and they pull that emotionl shit for the cop..

In my case Female Community service Cop.

I was doing a U turn. and my lane was clear

So the chick that was doing 65 in a 50 decided to turn into my lane at the last second..

According to the COP

It's my fault becuase she has the right of way.. I am at fault for invalid u turn. 80.00 ticket and 4 points on my liceance1

Ohh well her front left 1/4 pannel is gone..she can't open her front left door est 1500-2000.00 of damage to her 99 nissan centra

My damage est was under 500.00 My truck = OWNED you bitch!

I wish I had pix.. of her car.. I will prolly take pix of my truck later on.

Those are secondary factors to the collision. You obstructed her right of way by making an illegal u-turn. In other words, without your u-turn, she could have continued to change lanes, talk on the phone, and speed without an accident.

THats usually why they make U-turns illegal, you really cant tell what the others drivers on the road are thinking or what they are going to do.. therefore it causes accidents. If you werent taking a U-turn, then the girl would have never hit you... dont assume that she knew you were going to take a u-turn , wouldnt have mattered if she were going under the speed limit and not talking on the phone.. she still might have changed lanes and still would have hit you..because you were taking a U-turn

She instructed that it was not an iiegal U turn but infraction of a U turn.

So instead of 145.00 ticket and 5 points

It was 80.00 and 4 points

so you are referring to the yellow turning lane in the middle of the road between two roadways? The road you were turning onto had two lanes of traffic and the one lane was clear and the other lane had a vehicle on it?

I have always made sure BOTH lanes were clear before I make a turn.. sometimes even turning out from a street... just for the fact that we NEVER know if a car is going to change lanes without signaling, or what the other drivers intentions are.
