I quit about 8 months ago (? I can't remember dates for shit) after smoking for 14 years on and off. Started gaining weight rapidly but with some gym and less fat food I'm almost back to normal. Never been fat but still didn't like how all of a sudden all my jeans got too tight ;) Eat more often smaller portions, drink lots of water, gymming....
