Las Brisas, Acapulco Mexico is one of my all time favorites for a romantic getaway.

All the high end casitas are set into a hillside overlooking Acapulco Bay. At night the view is out of this world. You have your own swimming pool right outside each room. The food is as fine as it gets. Service is impeccable. Its just a gorgeous place to take someone. You also get your own jeep to cruise around in. This hotel has been a getaway for celebrities for decades and you'll find tons of film stars sigs autographed on the jeeps which is fun to check out.

Be sure to dine at the Bella Vista Restaurant. You'll never have a meal so memorable.
