The United States because no other nation spends as much on their military. Currently the US spends more thier military than their social services, health and education combined.
The US military is also in 185 countries and needs to recruit 285K men yearly. They utilize everything from telemarketing tactics that target young men to investing in video game development. Many, many, many of the recruiters functon, at best, like an Amway sales person . And at worst, like a pimp seducing a runnaway on Hollywood and Vine.
But for those who are "Anti - American," there is hope.
Once the US military blows the crap out of a country you can rest assured that these same GI Joes will deleight in treating the locals like crap, piss on anything that moves, fuck anythng that moves, bitch they can`t find decent pot anywhere and let everyone know that they are Americans and that the people of this backwards country should be thankful they are here to civilize them.
So once Uncle Sam has brought democracy to their nation.... You can bet that they will be more than happy to resort to terrorism and just knock off American soldiers one at a time or fly planes into buildings.
