But the seperatists are a real pain in the ass. It's almost as if they haven't stopped to think about it. Quebec, for instance, has a higher rate of unemployment than it's neighbor ontario ... Or any province West of that.
If you were going to divide the Provinces of Canada in to two Categories based on their economy, employment and natural resources ... If one category were named "Have" ... Quebec would belong to the second category of "Have Not".
Canada is less of a burden on Quebec, than Quebec is on Canada

As an American, the only area I've ever heard anyone talk bad about is Ontario. Even Canadians bad mouth Ontario. I've never been to the great North so my input is mearly what I've heard.
