    Ticketsclub is killing my business

    I was having at least 6 approved transactions per day + the rebillings; after april 19th, just a few rebillings and a couple of approved transactions.

    Moreover, today I received two refund reports, the reason was "Duplicate Charge". Not bad - I'm not making money anymore and I'm losing money too!

    About the members link: I'll never change it, the .htpasswd file isn't modified in any way by the new system, so things will continue to work as is.
    If I change the link, I'd lose 50% of my users in a short time. I'd do the same if I were a member.

      Dude.

      Pay VISA the $750. That's only $2 a day. Well worth the investment so you can make 6 sales a day again.

                      the ticketclub system is set up so people who do seriously low-volume can still process and retain their rebills... i'm one of their "Verotel Pro" customers and business is as usual, very good sales and rebills and ACH payments on-time like clockwork.

                      if you have rebills built up that you want to protect then you should just register as a "Pro" user and be done w/ it, the ticketclub is *not* a viable option for any site that is doing any volume whatsoever..

                                      is Verotel tolerating your content? I could decide to upgrade (if I don't find another processor) but I want to be sure they won't piss me off after I paid the HUGE fee

                                          v5b3t, while i don't have any issues w/ content type, i use Verotel for some sites due to them being located outside the US, the whole "eggs in basket" routine... i've found their service (as a Pro user, not Ticketclub) to be totally acceptable. the only sort of content they will not touch any longer from i understand is the so-called "modeling" and "non-nude underage" sites, they recently did a sweep and disallowed anything along those lines, legal or not. i cant see them having an issue w/ cartoon depictions as i saw on your site though, if you are currently using them w/ the Ticketclub then i doubt you would have any issue upgrading to Pro, they are very helpful w/ the registration process and it is totally on the level, registration w/ the netherlands Chamber of Commerce and all... hope this helps..!

                                                      Ticketsclub would be fine, but whatever it is, scrub or bad join page design or whatever, is stopping people from joining. Another wm friend on ticketsclub reports the same - Almost no signups since it started. I'm pretty sure the PRO users aren't seeing a difference, since I promote a couple of those sites and they are converting normally.

                                                      CCBILL EU is charging VISA fees nowadays, I believe. Also I'm not sure you can register it as an individual without a registered business, but yes, they're looking like the best option.

                                                      Assuming they're not too anal about toon content...
