i have and the same problem with her.
prepaid her for some work before christmas.
Sent her something small to do which she did.
Sent her some more work waited a few days needed it so had someone else do it instead.
Got an email back about email problems and icq problems.
Asked for the psd's for the work that has been done.
Havent got those yet
I figure her internet is fucked up.
I dont see a reason she would not send me the psd for what she did even if she had no time to do other work i need done.
I figure sooner or later she will get her internet fixed and i will get some work done for the $$$ i prepaid.
