SD.... contact legal aid and they can usually turn you to the right place to help you in this situation for no charges. Legal aid usually only deals with criminal charges but they know the other places. Even the prosecutors office would help with info. Or if there aren't any in that area might request to a judge for you to see him or her to get a pro bono attorney assigned to you.
But do NOT follow the advice about writing her!! lol Might as well turn yourself in rather than do that.
The old man told me to tell you if the others want to send you a donation thru paypal that we could accept it and send you a company check for whatever is donated. He can understand the not being able to get a bank account from when he broke his back and was down for quite a few years. Anyone wanting to do that ICQ me for the details.
