I just had a slice from a pizza that has been sitting around for a few hours...but I remember when I was a kid, we were staying at a hotel in Florida, and dad left a pizza on the air conditioner all night in the room...and we ate it for breakfast the next morning and no one died. Just wondering what the shelf life of a pizza is if you don't refrigerate it...I guess the mozarella is the only thing that would really go bad. Most of the toppings like pepperoni are filled with preservatives.
