my friend lost his cell phone on a golf course covered in snow. we were driving trucks around and pulling people behind it on a sled. the cell phone fell out of the guys jacket, he spent the whole day walking around looking for it in the snow and finally found it about 5 hours later

I like the sound it makes when you start to drive off and realize you'd left it on top the car......

yeh... what happened yesterday was just so amazing I had to say it even though it doesn't involve my cell phone.

So I just bought my 90 300zx over summer and love it compared to my camaro so I usually keep my camaro in the drive way. Well, I was going to chill with a chick and wanted to bring my friend and his girlfriend so I had to take the camaro. I grab my Camaro keys and put it on my belt clip with my 300zx key and think nothing of it. I go through the day as normal. We goto the girls house, walk a few laps at the mall, drop the girls off, and that's about it. After I took everyone home, me and my friend goto McD's and on the way out I notice I only have one set of keys.

Since my Z keys only have that and one other key on it I wasn't to worried cause I have a spare. When I got home I remembered that the key had 300zx engraved into it. Not only was it a pimp key, I drive on of a VERY few 300zx's around me. This sorta scared me because everyone on a local racing forum knows my car, so if anyone who reads it finds the key they will know and it's the easiest steal ever.

So I go back to McD's and look around. I was pretty sure I didn't drop it there so after I searched my car and around the area, I went back to the mall and prayed it was there. I pretty much figured NO WAY in hell would I find a key I lost because
1) I could have dropped it ANYWHERE
2) It is black and dark out

When I finally got back to the mall, I had no clue what spot I was parked in. I figured I might have dropped it when I took my Camaro keys off. I park my car in the back of the section I was parked and walked up and down 3 aisles. After the 3rd I start to think this is pointless and that I would never find it. The very second (I swear to god) that I was going to turn around I stop on something and hear a mettle sound. I look down and I stepped on my single key (only other thing is the small mettle hoop used to hook it to my belt hook).

I pretty much look there in amaze. Out of anywhere I could have lost it that day it was in that EXACT spot I stepped. I didn't see it, I stepped on it! If I was 2 inches to the left or right I would have never found it, If I stopped 3 steps back I wouldn't have found it, If my strides were 1/10th different than they are, I wouldn't have found it.

I put about 5 minutes into it, pretty much walking around, and I found it. For anyone who's been in a big parking lot, you know how amazing this was. I seriously could not believe it when I herd the sound, then looked down and it was them!

I seriously feel someone was helping me out there, but most don't believe in that stuff so =/. If anyone was, thanks =]. Just wanted to share probably the craziest thing that has ever happened to me (though not exciting its just freaking) =].

Yeah I had a similar experience but it was in a corn field and just when I thought there was no hope I noticed a black spot in the dirt and whala the keys to my jeep. It had to be the greatest feeling ever.

I always have my celfone beside me. Wish I can say the same about GFY!
