Any half-baked host can give you decent bandwidth and speed. If you want a host who is going to be able to give you that in spades, *and* awesome personal service, I have only one rec: http://www.xxxwebhost.nl/ - been using them over a year which is a record, not only fastest European bandwidth but damn good service and support.
