My motivation goes back years... I missed out on 17-19 years old (best teen years) because I was overweight. It really irks me and so I have a personal vendetta against myself to get where I need to be. Nothing is going to stop me. I haven't had the kind of self confidence I have now in 4 years, and I want to feel even BETTER about myself. I have everything going for me but two things, and being happy with how I look is one of them.

You're already in good shape so your motivation is to keep it that way. If you make it personal you can motivate yourself harder if you REALLY want it. If you just... meh... want to go and do it, you'll never get off your ass and work hard.
