I was hearing from some webmasters earlier and reading some of their email from iBill blah... sheesh... there is nothing to say, it's just too absurd. I dunno, but the quality of staff there seems to be badly deficient, - even with those who "should" know better. Tho, it's hard to blame staff for the screwups of management - it starts from the top.
