My mother-in-law comes here twice a year from Europe - you wouldn't believe the time she spends in Winners

The designer clothes and shoes are in some cases less than 50% of the price in Europe. If you go there often enough, you find awesome stuff at very low prices. Sergio Rossi shoes that go for 350-500 Euro are about $ 100.00 CAD at Winners.
