I think we'll shoot for the end of Feb to leave some time for people to make arrangements. This will be an indoor event since NJ sucks. Any thoughts on indoor activites are welcome since the pool/hottub will be closed.

Hey everyone.

Glas to see so much interest.

Everyone is welcome. These are less formal than once a year gatherings tho. These are more just to hang out and have some fun. Would love to see some out of the area people make it tho of course.

We should also considering doing a larger once a year thing in the area but that would be best saved for the summer time.

We will definately be doing something at the end of Feb tho. Seeing lots of interest and we haven't done anything in a while. AC is never out of the question and a few of us have wound up there afterwards before.

As far as times from locations all the quotes have been pretty accurate.

NYC & Philly are both about an hour each. Montreal is about 6 hours. The closest airport is Newark which is 45 mins away. If anyone flies in there are hotels 15 minutes away and we'll provide transportation to/from.

Hope we get a nice turnout.
