As a starter you can setup Outlook that it redirects all emails that contain the line "
Confirmation ID:" in their message text, cause 99% of these messages can't be confirmed automatic.
And then setup a filter which simply watches out for specific email addresses you'd like to manually confirm, but you'd have to compile that list manually.
And another good idea would be to setup an filter which redirects all emails from your partner accounts, just to make sure that you don't miss anything important.
